In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you about the processing of your personal data.
The controller of the data is the clinic with which you are booking the appointment, which operates through this technology platform.
The following personal data are collected: first name, surname, email address, phone number, ID number (DNI/NIE), date of birth, gender and reason for consultation.
The data are used solely to manage the appointment booking, to enable the remote medical consultation and to keep the patient’s medical history.
The processing is based on the data subject’s consent and on the performance of a contract for the provision of healthcare services.
Health data will be kept for the period established by law for medical records. Billing data will be kept in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by writing to the email address of the clinic concerned.
